Quite location; next to the monastry. Rooms are very good with an excelent breakfast. Restaurants on walking distance.

Access roads to Wienhausen are not so good and that makes the location more remote. Hotel remains highly recommended

Staff very friendly. The inside is quite modern and yet cosy. The breakfast is great! Convient location, Celle and the Suedheide for hiking is only 10 min away.

Staff members are friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service. The breakfast spread is impressive and the location is peaceful, yet within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, and a butcher. there are plenty of tables and chairs outside to enjoy the tranquil view.

The hotel could improve on its staffing during busy periods, as guests have reported having to wait to be attended to at reception.

The Staff was very friendly. The surroundings are very beatifull. The rooms are modern, big and clean. The breakfast buffet is also very good. We can recommend the hotel - it is well worth driving a little bit out of your way to get there. The profit from the hotel goes towards charity work in nearby Celle.

The staff was friendly and helpful, with excellent English communication. Additionally, the location was perfect, with nearby shopping, restaurants, and walking distance to the town's attractions.

The hotel is located next to a lovely river and offers beautiful views of the surroundings. there is a small supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance which is quite convenient. The rooms were clean and the staff was quite friendly and willing to help.

There were a few things that disappointed me during my stay. the lack of a kettle in the room was quite inconvenient as it made it difficult to make hot drinks.

The hotel had a great location, close to the river and in walking distance to a supermarket, other shops and restaurants. The surroundings were amazing for relaxing and biking, and there were even wedding salons nearby. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, with reception able to speak English well. The rooms were super clean and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have free phone charges and the receptionists had friendly smiles, with one in particular, Mona, managing things professionally.

The room we stayed in was located on the ground level and close to a courtyard, which meant a loss of privacy, smoke coming in from outside, and a sense of insecurity when sleeping with an open window. The technical solutions in the room, such as the Wi-Fi and bathroom light, were not practical and the Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the cafe either.
